Sam Nemati, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Regional Clinics Internal Medicine.
Since graduating from UT Tyler in 2018 with his bachelor's degree in nursing, Sam worked tirelessly as an ICU nurse and preceptor for Longview Regional. He obtained his master's degree in nursing from UT Tyler in 2024. Sam is devoted to those in his community through serving their health needs. He is dedicated to evidence-based practice, and loves to incorporate natural lifestyle changes into the plan of care. Sam, his wife and their beautiful daughter are serving as an active foster family. In his free time Sam loves family time, prayer nights at church, weight lifting, baking, fishing, kayaking, painting and is a big movie buff.
