S. Elizabeth Werth, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner with Regional Clinics Family Practice in Liberty City. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2002 working on the cardiac IMC unit after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) with her bachelor's degree. She obtained her master's degree in nursing from SFASU in 2020 and has worked as a home health nurse and in surgical services throughout her nursing career. Elizabeth is committed to improving the health of residents in our community as a primary care provider.
Elizabeth and her husband, Trent, have four children. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, being outdoors and traveling.
