Travis Schochler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, brings more than 22 years of nursing experience spanning emergency medicine, ICU care and critical care transport. For the past 12 years, he has served as a critical care flight nurse and paramedic with both local and national flight programs, including Flight For Life and Air Methods, providing advanced care and transport for patients of all ages and acuity levels.
Travis holds multiple national certifications and licenses, including CCRN (critical care registered nurse), CFRN (Certified Flight Registered Nurse), NREMT-P (Nationally Registered Paramedic), and FNP-C licensure in both Texas and Louisiana. He is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
He earned his associate degree in nursing from Kilgore College in 2004, his Bachelor of Science in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018, and his Master of Science in nursing/family nurse practitioner degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 2025.
Born and raised in Longview, Texas, Travis currently resides in Shreveport, Louisiana, with his wife. Together, they have four children.
